Group Volunteering
Bring your group, team or extended family out to Lincoln City for a Parks Volunteer adventure! Choose a project category below and help support our small but mighty parks staff that maintains over 550 acres of parks and open spaces. Group projects are fun ways to enjoy team building outside while supporting land stewardship in gorgeous Lincoln City. We couldn't do it without you!

Please allow 30 days notice for scheduling most groups and 60 days for groups of 25 or more.
Litter Team
Help clean up litter left behind by visitors preserving the natural beauty of our spaces.
Weeding & Pulling
Weed beds, pull invasives and similar projects to keep landscaping and native plants healthy.
Paint
Paint parks structures and facilities to keep them sparkling and prevent surface erosion.
Maintain Trails
Maintain trails with gravel or bark and remove invasive species to prevent trail erosion and allow year round use.
Trim
Trim vegetation located in park and trail areas to maintain a healthy and enjoyable environment.
Wash
Wash park structures and facilities to keep them clean and ready to enjoy.
Miscellaneous
Participate in various other projects that ensure the parks, trails, and other facilities are functional and thriving.
Parks & Recreation Advisory Board
The LCP&R Board serves as an advisory body to the LCP&R Director and City Council, and represents parks and recreation users of the community. Board members also serve as the parks and recreation ambassadors to the community at large.
