Canyon Drive Park

Canyon Drive Park features a beach access with a paved ramp, extra parking, and restrooms. A prime spot for experienced surfers, the park also has heated showers and a surfboard rack. The world renowned Nelscott Reef is only 0.5 miles away and when conditions align, 20+ foot waves attract pro surfers from all over the world! This park also includes a lakeside park surrounded by the Agnes Creek Open Space.

Description

There are paved ADA parking spots located at Canyon Drive Park. Access to the ADA-compliant restrooms is available from the parking lot. There is a paved ramp from the restrooms to the crosswalk on SW 11th Dr. Utilize this crosswalk to reach the beach access at Canyon Drive Park. This beach access is a paved ramp with a gradual downhill grade. At times, depending on tides and weather, the sand at the bottom of the ramp may make it difficult to access the beach itself. The remainder of Canyon Drive Park, while largely flat, is a grassy area with variations in flatness and firmness.
