Phase 1: Inclusive & Accessible Playground

Completed in 2024 & Now Open to the Public
Designed to promote play, this inclusive playground offers people of differing abilities, ages, and communities the same platform to play, while breaking down barriers, both physically and socially. Inclusive playgrounds go above and beyond the minimum standards of accessibility to promote a truly inclusive experience so every person at the playground feels like they belong.

What is Inclusive Play?

Phase 2: Entry Plaza, Promenade, Event Stage & Lawn

To Be Completed in 2025
The park entry plaza will be a welcoming and attractive space for community members to spend time. The plaza space will be landscaped to create a destination in itself where visitors can sit and relax or socialize. Commemorative pavers and a donor wall will remind visitors of shared connections within the community and will acknowledge those who have contributed to the parks creation and upkeep.

This phase will also include a promenade, covered picnic shelters, special event stage and flexible lawn area with hearing loops, an art mural, and ADA gender-neutral restrooms with a universal changing table.

Phase 3: Sports Fields & Covered Courts

To Be Completed in 2026
Phase 3 amenities will include a covered multi-sports court, permanent pickleball courts, turfed multi-sports field, and walking paths.
