Build strength, balance, and flexibility - this class accommodates both beginners and experienced practitioners and is a great way to start the day. Bring or borrow a mat and arrive hydrated.

Aqua Shallow

Perfect for beginners to any kind of exercise, shallow water aerobics gives you a workout at your own pace with your feet touching bottom. 

Strength & Balance

Low impact exercise for all levels that want to increase lean muscle, improve balance and build endurance. All movements can be performed sitting or standing. Equipment is provided, bring your own mat.

In Restorative Yoga, we work on releasing tension built up in the body by comfortably holding relaxation postures. Come try it out. You'll be hooked!

Aqua Deep

Aqua Deep classes are the next step in your water aerobic journey. Use belts to adjust your flotation level and get the perfect workout. Use stabilizer muscles with your feet kicking freely. 

Gentle Yoga

Focus on breathing, stability and movement with gentle yoga that is perfect for all levels. Excellent for pain management, stress relief or a return to activity. Bring your own mat. 

Warm Water Exercise

Takes place in the shallow, warm-water pool and focuses on gentle range of motion and mobility exercises. Excellent for chronic pain relief or those just getting started.
