Is This Beach Access Accessible?

There are ADA parking spaces at this location. The parking lot and route to the restrooms are flat and paved. There is a flat, paved sidewalk that lines the recreation site, providing unobstruted ocean views. The paved ramp to the beach descends from the parking area to the beach. Prior to reaching the sand, the pavement ends and transitions to a section of natural trail that is often muddy and obstructed by rocks.
