World's Shortest Trail

Located in our new Schooner Creek Discovery Park, this trail is one of a kind! Measuring at a mere 135 feet long, this trail is known as the World's Shortest Park Trail. This trail traverses the park wetlands within the open space on the southeast side of the park. There is even a trailside bench that allows visitors to sit and enjoy the views of Schooner Creek as it flows towards the nearby Pacific Ocean.

Is This Trail Accessible?

This trail is flat, paved, and wheelchair accessible. There is a bench located halfway through the trail, providing views of the nearby wetlands.

How Do I Get Here?

This trail is located about a block east of Highway 101. While traveling eastbound on SE 51st St, the trail head will be located on the righthand side, while Schooner Creek Discovery Park will be off to the left.
