Spring Lake Open Space

Spring Lake Open Space is best explored by walking along the 1.5 miles of trail. Encircling Spring Lake, these trails provide ample views of the surrounding forest, peaceful lake setting, and diverse local wildlife. There is also a short, paved section of trail located near the parking area.

Description

There are paved parking spots located at the trailhead. Most of the trails at Spring Lake are natural and vary in grade and surface condition. There are exposed roots and sections that become muddy periodically. There is a wooden bridge located along the trail. From the trailhead, there is a paved section of pathway that is flat and wheelchair accessible. This section of trail is approximately 0.25 miles long.
